This is the records page. I can with almost no doubt say that this are the world records. Since nobody else has a page like this, that is even more likely. All records were achieved with a keyboard and with fully upgraded cars. (no other settings changed -except Zone Ind. with GT1; changed gearbox settings), ABS and TC off) Their replays are available in the download section (except one)
